Amuse Bouche is Melanie Dunea’s limited edition art book exploring where food, fashion, art, and photography meet. Hand bound and hand stitched in two color editions, the book transforms citrus, leeks, radicchio, red snapper, and other ingredients into garments, jewelry, headpieces, and surreal adornment, presenting each image with the polish of a fashion editorial and the wit of an elaborate tasting menu.
