Food becomes sculpture for Mario Carbone and Cait Bailey’s wedding reception at The Grill in New York’s Seagram Building. Under Romilly Newman’s creative direction, I developed concepts, fabricated custom pieces, and styled props and food, including a custom swan made from woven leeks. Towering vegetables, abundant bread and ornate serving pieces bring a surreal still life into the room.
